At Sara’s Lounge, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. We carefully process every order and work with reliable courier services to deliver your products safely across Pakistan.
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE delivery on orders of PKR 2,500 or above.
For orders below PKR 2,500, standard delivery charges may apply.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are normally processed and handed over to our courier service on the same day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will generally be processed on the following working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public/national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
- During busy shopping periods, promotional campaigns, or special events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Delivery Address
Orders can be delivered to the home or office address provided during checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts if you are unavailable at the provided address.
Advance Payment
For certain locations where courier service is limited or unavailable, or in cases of self-collection, Sara’s Lounge may require advance payment before processing the order.
Our team will contact you if advance payment is required.
Important Delivery Information
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances such as:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- High order volumes
- Promotional or sale periods
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company's delivery schedule.
