How can I place an order at Sara’s Lounge?

Shopping at Sara’s Lounge is easy. Browse our kids' clothing collection, select your preferred product, size, and quantity, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.

You do not need to create an account to place an order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout and pay the order amount when your package is delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer different payment options depending on availability, including:

How much is the shipping fee?

We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 2,500.

For orders below PKR 2,500, standard delivery charges may apply.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 working days across Pakistan. Delivery may take longer during busy shopping periods, public holidays, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we may provide order tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or another available method. You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes. Sara’s Lounge offers a 14-day return and exchange policy for eligible products.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Can I exchange the size of a kids' clothing item?

Yes, you can request a size exchange within our return and exchange period, subject to product availability and our exchange policy.

We recommend checking the size guide before placing your order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Do you sell clothes for boys and girls?

Yes. Sara’s Lounge offers a variety of kids' clothing for boys and girls, including T-shirts, pants, trousers, jeans, tops, frocks, shalwar qameez, sweatshirts, track suits, and more.

What age group are your clothes suitable for?

Our kids' clothing is generally designed for children from 1 to 12 years, depending on the product. Please check the size chart on each product page for the best fit.
